1. prices are final and not negotiable.
2. place your order by EMAIL. we'll get back to you within 24 hrs. place your order in the following format:-

3. NO BACKING OUT after confirmation of order. pls kindly notify us if you're not interested in the item anymore.
4. all items are brand new and in perfect condition.
5. no refunds or exchanges allowed.
6. items are sold at "1st come 1st serve" basis.
7. postage fees will be beared by buyer. postage fees are as follow:-
POS LAJU (WM) = RM6
POS LAJU (EM) = RM8
POS EXPRESS = RM4 (1 item only)
8. payment must be settled to our MAYBANK account within 3 days upon reservation of an item. item will be released after 3 days.
9. for COD, a little amount shall be deposited into our Maybank account to avoid backing outs.
